The Technical Conference on "Environmental Prediction in the Next Decade" of the Commission for Atmospheric Sciences (CAS-XV) will be held in Incheon, Republic of Korea, from 16 to17 November 2009. The opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 16 November, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Incheon.
